I start a new job on Monday and it includes basic food preperation, salads, sandwiches ect, serving to customers (but from behind a counter), cash handling ect, so its very waitress/retail like but without all of the movement, apart from in the kitchen i assume, it will also include a 90 minute walk a day, 45 mins there 45 mins home. the job is 7 hours a day.

i'm just playing around with my settings to see if my goals will change i'm currently set as sedentary, it strikes me it will be lightly active without the extra 400 calorie burn from the walk every day.

would i be best changing to that and then adding the walk under exercise or leaving it as a bonus?

any help appricated, thank you

Yaaaaaaay, you got the job!!!! well done!!!!

I would go with what you have said, lightly active and then log your walk. See how you get on with those calories for a while until you are used ot the walk and it becomes part of your usual routine.
