hello all i had a really bad week last week and ate lots of naughties this week im back on the diet havent strayed over etc. now i weigh myself everyday have done since starting this and at one point last week it looked like id gained up too 4lbs, so i was like oh no that will take atleast two weeks to get rid however today i weighed myself and im lower than i had been before the weight gain, is that quick? or could the 4lbs gain been an inaccurate reading? i drink oolong and pe-ur tea which claims to help weight loss but my thinking is its more diuretic so it flushes out excess water. either way im pleased ive managed to reign myself inagain its a plus not feeling icky from all the junk :-)

The scales show you the weight of everything in your body, not just the fat. If you want to weigh yourself everyday that is fine, make sure you log it on here everyday especially if it goes up and you will see how your weight fluctuates.
You can then at the end of the month compare you food, exercise and weight reports and look at the longer term weight changes. Does you weight drop if you drink more tea for example? How does your TOM effect your weight?
You need to be in this for the long game and not sweat the day to day weight changes.0 -
I gained 3kg/6.6lbs in 4days (bday binge) lol and after one day getting back on track id lost it all! And now ive lost even more. Im not sure what it is but maybe just water retention?0
