How can I lose 50 lbs in 4 months?

My brother is getting married in Mexico & I need to lose 50 lbs before then, which is 4 months away. Please advise. Any & all help, comments will be appreciated! Thanks!

  • As a female you will not lose at a rapid pace like some males can. 50lbs in 4 months is going to be incredibly difficult.

    Exercise, eat all your calories, and remain in a calorie deficit :] you will lose

    move as much as possible and control what you eat but that is a lot to lose that quickly.

    Setting unrealistic targets will only help to set yourself up to fail unfortunately.

    That's about 3 pounds a week which is not going to be realistic for most people.
    But, don't let that stop you! Eat the calories MFP suggests, exercise regularly, stick with it and even if you don't lose 50 pounds you'll be looking and feeling fabulous for the wedding.

    Just stick to the plan, and as the other said, you will look fabulous already (plus you won't regain the weight).

    to be honest you didnt really give us much to go on, like how much you weigh right now , a 160 pound person is going to lose the weight probably slower once they get skinnyer then if someone 260 pounds was to lose 50.

    but just get you butt moving, a mixture of strenght training and cardio and you should lose at a good rate.

    you could eat 1200cal and exercise make sure you burn 2-3000cal a week fast weight loss
