Enchilada bake

Okay, so I'm craving enchiladas and decided to make up a new recipe today. This is what I'm going to have for dinner. I tallied up the calories and what not and 1/8th of the dish has less than 450 calories! Here's my invention:
6 Mission low carb, whole wheat tortillas, burrito size
1 large can enchilada sauce
1 small onion, diced
1 lb chicken, cut into small pieces and cooked
1 can black beans
2 cups corn
2 cups 2% cheddar cheese
Layer:
2 tortillas, then 1/2 chicken, 1/2 corn, 1/2 beans, 1/3 sauce, 1/3 cheese, 1/2 onion. Repeat. Top with remaining two tortillas, sauce, then cheese. Cover with foil and bake until heated through and cheese is bubbly on top. I'll let you know if it turns out good tomorrow! I'm guessing it will...all tasty ingredients!

that sounds really good, it is almost like my Mexican Lasanga
ground turkey
taco seasoning
tortilla shells
cheese
1 can Hormel chili
2 cans fiesta cheese soup Campbell s
cook meat and add taco seasoning, then add chili and cheese soup
mix together
then layer in a pan tortilla shells then meat
tortilla shells then meat then cheese and so on
it is only 380 cals for 6 oz which is a pretty good size0 -
Mmm! That sounds really yummy! How many calories? I wanna make that, too! I think I might be hungry...almost time for a snack. :laugh:0
