SHRUNK!!

Hey all,

Just wanted to share this as i haven't seen anyone else say about it. Basically i have shrunk! i was 5 foot 11 before i started this now im 5 foot 9!!! my mum measured me last night and i couldn't believe it which also means i have gone from healthy bmi to over weight again

I put this on my profile today and a couple of friends said they have too!

i was just wondering if anyone else has found this?

When i hit what i thought was my healthy BMI (many weeks ago now) I remeasured myself and found i had shrunk an inch from 6ft 1" to 6ft... i would be devestated if/when i get into the 5ft range :sad:

get her to measure you in the morning we are all taller in the morning!

Wow, never heard of that happening before. I'm going to have to go home and measure myself as I have always just assumed I would be 5' 7" forever!! Lol.

i assumed the same! lol i will get her to measure me in the morning and see whats difference it makes
