Groups: Mental Health Issues

I created a group for people who have mental health issues to talk about their problems and offer help and assistance to each other.

Having gone through PTSD myself, I am aware of the impact that mental health issues can have on our eating habits and diet.

Anybody that has any mental health issues (examples: depression, anxiety, stress, PTSD, etc) please feel free to drop by and join the group. Hopefully, by talking with people in a similar situation, we can all help each other.

Everybody is welcome. The only request is that everybody abides by the few simple rules of the group and the site-wide guidelines.
