more help with calories..

Hey everyone,
I just got done reading everyone's comments from the topic that I posted early this morning. My question was, how can I add more food, since my calories were so low but without going over in sugar, sodium and protein. From what I gathered, as long as my sugar is from fruit (which it is), and my protein isn't processed (which it isn't), I should be fine. From there I have made some changes to my food diary for today. I added more calories and still went over in other things, but I am still under in calories, yet over 1,000 (which is good for me). The only thing I really wanted to stay under in is sodium. Anyways, my next question is, how do I add more calories, without over eating. I know that everyone says that you should eat all of your calories, but I have strictly cut out all the bad foods and I eat a lot of snacks and 3 meals each day. I even pack a lunch box with me when I go anywhere, full of veggies and fruits, in case I get hungry. Most days, I find myself having to go back into my food diary and delete the things I didn't get around to eating, because I just wasn't hungry enough to eat it. I always feel full. I just don't feel like eating something when I'm not hungry, just to add calories is a good idea either. Any advice there?
Thanks

Foods that are high in fat add a lot of calories without filling you up. Nuts, peanut butter, avocado, olive oil.

Fats are satiating. They should fill you up. Unless you meant something else.

i think he means things like avocado on a sandwich- it won't make you feel more full than the plain sandwich but will add lots of beneficial calories and fats. Same thing with a handful of nuts- no one gets stuffed from eating one ounce of nuts but they are calorie dense.
