Need motivation

Hi! I've been trying to lose weight for several years. It seems when I start a weight loss regime, I am excited to start, do good for the first week, and then I give up. I have been overweight most of my life but until recently have become more aware of my poor health. I have Celiac Disease which makes losing weight even more difficult. I want to live a healthier life, be healthier, and more active with my boys. I just need the motivation and will power to follow thru on this. I am looking forward to become a happier, healthier me.
