A Small NSV - but I'll take it!

I've been struggling a little the past couple of weeks - gaining and losing the same 2 pounds, inches not going away - but today was a small NSV. As I got dressed for work, I noticed a freckle I didn't know I had. It has been hidden away for years but now is slightly visable. I know this progress is a marathon - not a sprint - and I believe I passed a marker today. Thanks to MFP for helping me on the journey. :happy:
