Hi,I'm 25 years old and getting married sept 2012 and I need major help and motivation.
I have IBS so there are certain foods I can not eat : Pork,Fried food,Chinese style food and white bread
I sometimes have trouble exercising because of the IBS - I am sometimes in lots of pain ..then need a day or too to recover as it leaves my stomach sore(Not great when I'm trying to lose weight and exercise more)
I also have severe depression where most days I cant get out of bed let alone do the exercise I need to loose the weight.
Lately I have become more depressed about my weight which has caused me to put on more weight with comfort eating.
I REALLY need some help to get me motivated ..at this rate I'm not going to fit into my beautiful wedding dress.Has anybody got any suggestions for either low fat recipes or exercise.
