has anyone ever done/completed this? what is the schedule like - i.e. how much time/day is dedicated to the workouts and how many days/week?
currently i exercise 60 - 90 minutes about 5x/week - mix of sports circut, bootcamp, few long runs and spinning. but looking to try something new with a set number of days & end goal
any insight is appreciated!!!

I completed it a few weeks ago. Most of the videos are around an 45 min, give or take 10 min, You get one day off a week. Any more questions just ask! 0 Any more questions just ask! 0

I'm only on day 3 of Insanity.. I'm currently 5'5 138 lbs and I gotta say these workouts kick my butt. But that's the great thing about these videos, is that no matter what physical condition you are in they'll give you a workout. Even the people in the videos are sweating buckets by the end. I'm enjoying it so far and it's nice to have a schedule to follow. But I'm hoping I can stick to dedicating an hour a day to this. It's only 60 days right? And to see a transformation that quick would be great.0

I've completed two rounds. I also run as a second workout or skip a workout. The first month the routines are about 45 minutes, the second month an hour. I'm doing Asylum now. My fitness level when I started the first round was having just completed P90X and running, and the second round was post major surgery and having taking a month off exercise. I started in the same spot I'd stopped the first round, but by the second fit test was back up to where I left off the first round, so I progressed faster.how were both of your results???

I feel it really kicked up my endurance. I would suggest getting the Deluxe version if you are ordering. My three favorite Insanity Routines are on the Deluxe. I'd really missed the weight training from P90X and deluxe has it, as well as a 30 minute ab routine. The first round I dropped about 4% body fat, I was on the low end to begin with. I didn't check the second round, but definitely could really see more defined lean body.0
