Five years ago to the day, my best friend Stacie's (rsdgirl) life changed forever with a fall that began continuous medical issues!! At the age of only 24, she cannot get out of bed without the assistance of many medications and a battery stimulator implanted in her stomach. This makes exercise darn near impossible, but she manages to do it (because she's awesome). Since November is national rsd/crps awareness month, we are trying to spread the word even more about this insane disease. The more you know...

Ashley you just made me cry literally, and you know thats not easy to do LOL RSD/CRPS is an insane disease for sure (to say the least) its a neurological condition that causes chrnic pain every second of everyday. i have had 18 surgeries (19 coming up in december) 450+ minor procedures at the pain clinic (nerve blocks through my spine) a mini stroke and also have other medical issues that came along with my fall and the RSD. the pain is like a burning cactus everywhere from my bellybutton down however my left leg from below my knee down is stage 4 (the worst) and the rest of my affected areas are stage 2-3. its one hell of a sturggle each and everyday and some days are definately better than others but cant do any day without many medications and my spinal cord stimulator. any more questions please feel free to ask NOVEMBER is RSD AWARENESS MONTH please help me spread the word. THANK YOU ASHLEY, you are the best friend i could EVER have (even though i call you mysister) i love you more than i can express!! xoxox

I have never heard of this before! Thank you for bringing the topic up. I saw this interesting YouTube video that I thought I'd share with anyone who might be interested.
