First time I've seen that. It made perfect sense to me. If 11 is louder than 10, why would they just call it 10?

In doubly no less ! And as a musician, let me tell you that Spinal Tap is not a comedy. It's just too true. Our drummers didn't blow up, but a lot of our equipment did, and vans breaking down, singers drunk, or worse, and forgetting the lyrics, or even reading the lyrics on stage. We auditioned one guy and he was great but he then told us he had to go to jail for an OUI and didn't know when he was getting out. Really, you couldn't script some of the stuff that happened to us. Out of all the gigs I played I think I enjoyed only a couple. I much prefer working in the studio, which is what I do now. Occasionally I get the urge to get out and play again, but then I remember and don't, lol!
