i seem to keep going over in my protein. i really dont feel like i eat too much meat. is this really bad to go over-sometimes I'm over by 50!

    Oh I wish I had that issue... I am always under in protein and over in carbs!

    The protien allotment for MFP is a bit low. I think as long as you are staying under your fat intake with all that protein you should be okay. :flowerforyou: I tend to go over a LOT in fiber and protein. :ohwell:

    Of the dozens of recommended amounts (RDA, TUL, RI, EAR, etc.) 10-35% total calories from protein are acceptable. The ACSM recommends up to .9g/kg of bodyweight for active individuals, but .7 is fine for a female.
