Entering 30ds in exercise log?

I'm getting ready to start the 30 day shred this week and was wondering if anyone had any tips on how to enter it into my exercise log on MFP? What kind of activity would you consider it - aerobics, cardio.. etc?

    Good luck, I'm halfway through it and it's tough but sooo worth it. I enter mine as circuit training, and I burn about 200 calories per session.

    I'm thinking circuit training would be closest but you need a HRM to get a better idea of what you are actually burning since every body is different.

    under cardio. circuit trainin, general. each session in the first level burns about 172

    i logged it as circuit training before i got my HRM - i burn anywhere from 200-240
