TO DONUT OR NOT TO DONUT

I love pastries! Feel like I'm depriving myself but not eating any...If I have a donut but still under my calories, is that okay???

Why are you asking permission? It's your diet, do what you want with it. If you want to accomodate a donut, accomodate a ****ing donut. For me it's about calorie and macros, if I can meet my goals I can have it.0

Everything in moderation! I say go for it just not overboard as long as you stay within your calories. If you feel deprived you may end up bingeing (sp?) at some point.0

Yeh defo you can have a donut. I always save some calories for a sweet treat everyday

I ate a doughnut and cider at halloween. The world didn't end
Just don't make a habit of it. Once in a while is fine, but when you're sitting in front of the video game with a box of boston creams it's gone too far. Speaking from experience here.

As long as you can work it into your daily calories, go for it! I would suggest eating it with your breakfast instead of later in the day (most of us eat donuts in the morning anyway).0
