airpopped 1/4 cup I get 160 calories.
but it has been my snack savior vs the 700+ calories of chips that I would normally eat.0 -
I truely LOVED this thread. I eat a 100 cal microwave bag everynight. As it feels like I'm munching forever. Didn't know about the fiber and didn't realize that it looks GROSS in the bag prepopped. I will forever be grateful as I move to my brown bagged popping corn tonight. Thank you ALL!0

I use an air popper. but I probably end up putting the same amount of oil (Olive) on it to help the salt stick.
Must have a ton of fiber because the next morning I drop a huge dumpola in the toilet.0 -
Awesome, "clean-eating" Caramel Popcorn.....
Use the air popper for your popcorn, then heat up some all natural peanut butter and honey and drizzle it over top, then mix it up. It is sooooo yummy!
