Like... knowing my ex boyfriend will be in town next weekend. I immediately threw away the brownie I was about to eat and made a mental note to do some cardio today.

smh. the strangeness of how our minds work.

    mine is my daughter:) When she comes back into town I want her to see a difference in me. She is in GA and I am in Phoenix, AZ. She has always been athletic and watched her diet and stuff. I want her to see that I can do it too:) PLUS... LOL She doesn't want to have kids because she is afraid of what it is gonna do to her body. Well, I want grandkids, so I have to show her that just because you have kids, doesn't mean you can't have a good body! :) So yea, I guess motivation is in strange places haha (yes, she is married)
