Grilled breast of chicken is my favorite bar! hehe

No, seriously posting to see what people say.
  • This recipe is from Oxygen magazine
    NO BAKE PROTEIN BARS
    2 cups quick oats
1/2 cup Smuckers NATURAL creamy peanut butter
4 scoops protein powder (vanilla or chocolate) found at Wal-Mart
1 TB ground flaxseed (most grocers incl. Kroger)
    1/2 cup water
1/4 cup (rounded) cocoa powder (optional)
1 tsp. (rounded) instant coffee (optional)

If using cocoa powder you will need to add a tad more water and a little sweetner (splenda or truvia)
Knead all ing. together and press into lined square baking dish(8x8). Freeze for 30 minutes
Remove from baking dish and cut into squares
(optional)--You can ice the entire top with more peanut butter

    Makes 8 serv
    250 cals.
    10 gr fat
    15 mg cholesterol
    21 gr total carbs

If you want less cals just cut it into 16 squares and that is half the cals ;)
