Hi, my name is Kathleen, and I am new to MFP. I am excited to start my life change to lose weight. Counting calories is the hardest for me. I am good with exercising, but eating the right foods, and the right amount of calories is tough. Will use this site to help. I am one who will lose two pounds, then gain back 3. It has been frustrating.
I am 43 years old and currently weigh 147.2. I was at my ideal weight a year ago, 133 pounds. Had a health concern with my son, so for the past year I have been stress eating. I am happy to say that he is doing super. All things are good with him.

Hi! I am glad your son is doing so well! Having that stress gone will make the weight just disappear. If you would like a friend to give you support, feel free to add me. My husband became disabled 3 years ago, so I know what stress eating can do. It takes your body about 3 weeks of good eating to retrain it, and about a week of bad to revert. So stick with it, you are so close to your ideal weight! I have another 60lbs to get where I want! Good luck!
