We've created a new MFP Group for members located in and around the Madison, WI area.

In this geographic region, we have special challenges (like long, dark, cold winters which apparently have officially begun) and unique advantages (like extensive and well-maintained bike commuter trails, numerous community gyms, and safe, sidewalk-connected neighborhoods).

Let's use this new MFP functionality to network about our successes and struggles with weight loss/maintenance in this very special part of the country!

    You really aren't kidding about the dark winters. It's dark when I get to work, and dark when I get out. Very hard to get motivated to work out!
