    someone spontaneous that i can trust. someone fun. and someone who has self respect. someone who likes a healthy and fit lifestyle like me.

    oh and has to like animals... and not a smoker.

    smoker and hate for animals is a serious deal breaker.

    1 -- Commitment. Yes, ladies....you heard it right. We are a team and we're in this together. I will not commit to anyone that I cannot trust.

    2 -- Communication. No games, no grudges, no silent treatments, no patronizing. We talk about it, no matter how stupid/silly/insecure/whatever it sounds like.

    3 -- Be strong. Having emotions are okay. I want you to be head-over-heals crazy about me, but don't completely fall apart when I'm not around.

    4 -- Take care of yourself. Don't let yourself go -- I want you to remain that sexy, attractive, vivacious woman that attracted me to you in the first place.

    5 -- A "man cave" is a must. We have a place together, so go ahead and decorate it how you will (no pinks/pastels/flower prints, please). One room belongs to me; the garage does not count. Respect my space; it's much needed after a long day at work with people in my face all day. I have to have a place to keep my computer games, sports jerseys, baseball caps, video games, Millenium Falcon, etc etc.

    6 -- I really don't want to hear about your ex-boyfriend/ex-husband. It's "us" now, so enjoy it.

    7 -- Nothing makes a man happier than having a woman that can cook. Really.

    8 -- Sex is awesome, but believe it or not, we don't "always want it." I'm satisfied with 2-3 times per week, but hey....that's just me.
