Ok, so I've been on here now for a few weeks. I've been just checking things out and occasionally posted on some topics. Most people seem to be very friendly and helpful. So far, I like this site, because it is very easy to use and it does hold me accountable. I have lost 8 pounds so far and I believe that will continue. My goal is 40 pounds by Valentines Day :)

I work in a job that keeps me in a desk all day long, but I have joined a better gym, go to TEAM fitness classes three times a week (missed a few lately because of family issues), eat better, and try to do more than just sit around now. Actually, today I went for a 10 min walk around my office..not long, but it was cold out and I don't have my gloves or my jacket :( I'm beginning to not like just sitting around anymore...get a little squirly or antsy when I sit too long...That's a good thing right? lol

Anyway, Hope all of you have a great holiday weekend...
