I have a friend who is telling me they want to use THE "SIZE ZERO" PATCH. I said this is another gimmick that don't work, it's a rip off. Want to know if anybody has tried THE "SIZE ZERO" PATCH. Any and all advice would be appreciated.

  • I've never even heard of it. But -- after trying most fads, and inventing a few more -- I have come back to the only real way to do it is to work on getting healthy -- not just loosing weight. Good food choices and exercise is always the best and the safest option.

    exactly what you said .....gimmick.

If there was such thing as a size zero patch.....would America be struggling with obesity?

sounds like one of those hoodia patches or something. it would work if you stuck the patch over your mouth...... but thats about all :*(

This is one of the most ridiculous things I have ever heard.

I'm sure you are correct. Tell your friend that there are NO shortcuts.

Is it a patch that you apply with industrial adhesive then rips off your thighs when you pull it off?

That's about the only way a patch could make me a size zero - one thigh at a time.

Maybe you can send them this way and point them towards the success boards to see the people that have lost tons of weight by diet and exercise alone?

Most people that are willing to try these diets can't really be reasoned with, though... so good luck!

Never heard of it. But I agree - if there was a magic pill, we'd all be skinny! Google it. There have been times I have been so tempted to try something (Informercials can suck me in like no one's business) and I've learned to google the product first - usually pages and pages come up about the scam and it not working AND most of all, those places get a hold of your credit card info and even though they say money back guarantee, cancel with no troubles, yada, yada, you will continue to get charged and scammed out of your money (I learned that with the Wu Yi Tea! LOL!)

So no, I doubt it's credible.

Here is a sample of user comments I found on the web.

    Consumer reviews

I searched around for people who had used the size zero patch and found the following comments:

“Used the whole box as directed and did not lost one lb.. if it sounds to good to be true, it usually is.”

“I’ve been using the patch for 5 days now and not lost one single pound!”

“please don’t use the patches. i ended up in the emergency room dehydrated, bad urinary track infection and liver enzymes up”

So as everyone else has said, it's a scam. The only truly successful weight loss plan is exercise and dieting the right way through life changes in the foods you intake.

There is no such thing as a "diet". Period. Any kind of "dïet". Healthy weight loss comes about from sensible eating patterns and working your muscles.

If you are doing something that you can't maintain for the rest of your life you may see results initially but I will bet you will put it back on without changing your lifestyle habits.

That's why there are so many "diets" out there, so many people are making money from desperate people trying to get a fast fix.

It's an industry in itself that we created. Don't fall for it. Change your life instead of lining somebody elses's pockets.
  • I am, or i should say WAS, the same way!!! I started doing the same thing and sure enough SCAM was writtin all over each one. One of them even said it was reccommended by some doctor but come to find out it was the doctor that invented it lol. Smh

Tell "your friend" that it won't work. And if it does, it's the placebo effect.

I googled it and couldn't find anything positive about it, as I thought. Thanks. Friend request me if you want.

It's almost as stupid as the sauna suit gimmick.
  • Ive wasted hundreds on this kind of rubbish, like the idea of putting it over the mouth though, sellotape would prob be cheaper!

Almost as stupid (but not quite).
