Trying to figure this out - I'm making "oven fried" chicken legs for dinner tonight. the package says one serving is one leg/112grams. Now I'm assuming that's raw, with the bone... so is that how i should log it? or should I try to find an entry for just leg meat..It seems silly to log 112g if I'm actually eating less than that once i remove the bone..

That's how you should log it. The bone is considered in the weight, but not in the calories. That's why a chicken breast has more calories vs. a thigh or something.

Chicken legs are fattier than breast. Even more so if it has the skin on, or is coated or marinated in some way to prepare it to be "oven fried".

Don't start sweating these little details. You'll drive yourself crazy and be much more likely to give up. Use the package, call it good, and enjoy.
