2 (0.3 oz.) Packages Sugar Free Strawberry Jello
2 Cups No Sugar Added Applesauce
15 Sheets Low Fat Honey Graham Crackers
1 Cup Fat Free Cool Whip

Using a wire whisk, combine the Jello and applesauce. Place 3 sheets of graham crackers next to each other in an 8X8 baking dish. Top with 1/4 of the Jello mixture and then place 3 more sheets of graham crackers on top. Repeat ending with a layer of crackers. Spread the cool whip evenly over the entire torte, cover and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight. Slice and garnish each with 1 fresh strawberry (optional). Note: You can play around and use any flavor of Jello you wish. You can even split the applesauce in half and mix two different flavors of Jello up and make different flavored layers. Garnish with Sliced Strawberries (optional).
