Hi there! I'm Nicole, and I'm short... which sucks in case you are wondering. I'm 5'1", and weigh 164. I've lost weight before (went from 175-155 in about a month due to super healthy eating and 3-4 hours of exercise a day) but gained weight at a 5 week summer program. My ULTIMATE goal weight is 125, but I'd be okay with 135 for now. I really just want to be healthy and look cute, because diabetes runs in my family and I really don't want to develop that. So yes. I'm really excited about joining MFP, and I can already tell logging my food and exercise is going to help a lot. I'm so excited to meet and support you guys!

EDIT: I spelled excited wrong... I am a failure.... I was just so excited....
