On another journey

I have been using myfitnesspal on my iphone for a little while but I haven't been vigilant and the lack of results show, so I'm hoping that by using both I can see the hard work and instead of sabotaging my efforts I can get stronger mentally to fight off those naughty little voices telling me it's ok to eat that block of chocolate or that piece of cake.
Exercise is NOT my enemy - it is a habit I love - it's like brushing my teeth - if I don't do it I just dont feel right!
Eating is also a habit - the wrong things and the wrong quantity are my BAD habit.

    If at first you don't succeed, my friend.

    I won't speak for everyone, but I'm damn sure its difficult to get things right first time right off the bat!

    For me, I take it as failure is in itself something that can be positive. Only by taking the failures we make and avoiding them in the future.

    The more you fail, the more you succeed!
