What are the problems with eating too much fat (weight loss or calorie wise). What if I go way over for just one night?

no real problems if you are still in a caloric deficit. the only time it's a prob is if it's causing you to be deficient in your protein intake

You'll live. No really, it's ok. You don't have to pay attention to the macronutrient goals to lose weight, but it helps.

I don't even track my fat anymore. I just worry about my protein, carbs, sodium, fiber, and overall calories. I usually don't eat junk food either so it's not a big deal to me.

It'll be fine as long as you're still in a deficit. And you'll probably feel great :)

heheh I eat TONS of fat. And protein. I tend to take the extra out of my carbs. I find fat really satisfying and it makes me feel good. Carbs, I need a certain amount but I really don't need to go over 200 grams so the rest tends to end up in fat. Yum.

As long as its a mixture of fat (some of the 'healthy' fats in there too) its fine.
