feeling VERY unmotivated

After having such an amazing and on-point week last week, its been a struggle to get myself to stay on track this week! Last week I was focuse!!!... I completed my workouts according to schedule and got amazing burn all week - my meals were on time, healthy, and I was under calories every day. Then the weekend rolled around (of which i work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) and I can't seem to get back in that groove (and i miss it). Sadly, I've only worked out twice this week (which, for me, is BADD!!! its usually 4-5x/week), my diet has been lacking (we've eaten out 3 times already). Thankfully (and sadly), the scale hasn't moved, but I know my lack of motivation will start to show on the scale. I want to get back to the mindset I had last week! PLS HELP!!!
