Oh you misunderstood me - I meant to say it's ok to eat at night as long as you don't go over your limit. My eating meal times are spread literally throughout 24 hours haha - my first meal of the day is usually @ 12:00 am and if I'm still awake @ 4:00 am (half the time I am) I'll eat again then again @ 11:00 am then @ 3:00 pm then @ 5:00 pm and usually after my run @ 8:00 pm. I don't think the time really matters - it's your overall deficit for the day/week/month/year that determines weight loss.Just eat at night... as long as you're staying within the calorie limits you should be fine.
I don't think that is a good idea. You should eat during the whole day.
I eat 5-7 times a day, 3 meals and 2-4 snacks depending on exercise and hunger.0 -
Lions eat before they sleep and they have a very low body fat%.
The trick is to eat something with protein and a little carb to even out insulin.
The protein feeds muscle so you wont use the muscle as fuel while sleeping.
I eat 400cals of cereal with almond milk before bed and I sleep like a baby.
My fat is still dropping but i'm not loosing any lean body mass.0
