Zig-zagging has worked for A LOT of people. I am doing it currently and a couple of my MFP friends are as well, lots of success with it.

Reassess your diet and exercise. If you have been staying consistent, then start by changing your exercise routine. If you've changed your exercise routine, then eat maintenance calories for a few days.
But first see if you've been consistent everyday. If not, that's the first thing to address.
  • Yea basically what everyone else is saying. Change things up with your workout or running. Usually what helps me is to shock my body someway. Maybe start doing hard sprints or run for a really long distance once a week. Something that your body isnt use to.
