I found this site as an app for my phone and I love it! It really does help keep you on track and it prevents me from overeating since I know that I must add everything that I put in my mouth. Anyway, I'm a 21 year old college student and, like all of us here, looking to shed some pounds. I have a goal of 40 lbs to lose and no specific time frame but I will be turning 22 in February so 30 lbs by then would be great!
