Family reunited

It is going to be a very bad weekend for me this weekend although I am going to try and be as good as I can in what I eat even though there will be lots of drink flowing. I am going to visit my dad and step mum for the weekend. It's complicated but we have only been in contact properly over the last 3 years or so after 20 years apart. I am really looking forward to it. I will be trying as hard as I can to eat well but am not gonna not have a drink with them!

    Congrats on the reunion :)

    I'm also going to visit my family for the weekend. It's my birthday weekend, so my sister will be making peppermint chocolate cake, and bringing mimosas to my party. Then the next day my brother is having an early Thanksgiving dinner at his house. So, I totally feel ya there!! I've been extra good this week to try to balance it out a bit...

    WELL DONE on getting back with them again...and don't talk to me about complicated lol i've not spoke to ALL my family for 17 yrs now! :laugh:

    Have a great weekend. It must be family weekend. We're off to see our son and his fiancee for the weekend. Then DH and I are going to a learn to massage course.
