Hi everyone
I've just seen a post mentioning spaghetti squash. Does anyone know if you can get this in the UK? I used to live in South Africa and this was available there but under a different name, (cant remember what) and it was lovely. I also loved the gem squashes there (they look like green stripy tennis balls) - again does anyone know if you can get them in the UK and what their names are. I've never seen them in my local Sainsburys but saying that I dont think Sainsbugs are a very innovative store anyway.

The only place I've ever found spaghetti squash in the UK is via Riverford (the veg box delivery company), and even then only rarely. I'd love to be able to buy it more often, it's both weird and delicious :)

I remember seeing all kinds of weird and wonderful squash in a waitrose store once. Don't know if it was just the right season. or if they had the particular one you are after!
