i know we hear it a lot, but drink as much water as you can, i drink 1.5 - 2.5 litres a day :drinker:
eat little and often, i try to eat 5-6 snack/mini meals instead of 3 big meals
it keeps my metabolism up :flowerforyou:0 -
thanks for the relpy. im trying to go from 240 now to what i was 2 yrs ago 175 when my fiance and i got together, any suggestions, i walk on the treadmill 5 days a week for 65 min and walk 3.7 miles. i eat way under my recommended calorie intake.0
