November Shred-It Challenge Day 11

Good Morning Ladies!
Boy, am I feeling sore from my 3-hour workout yesterday! Feels great, though!
Day 11! I'm so happy that we've all stuck with this challenge this far. It's really an accomplishment.
Friday Night - the start of the weekend. I know we'll all be tempted to end the week with some relaxing food and drink. Let's all try to make good choices and make sure we get our shredding done.
Need a little motivation? Tuesday is our mid-way point! That means we'll be posting our weight and measurements! So try to keep that in mind over the weekend.

Day 11 or Day 1 of Level 2 ...complete. Stay strong through those Squat Thrusts ladies. I hated them the first time around with the 30DS...now I like them...I don't love them...I like them. Maybe some day I will learn to love them.

Just Shred It!
I did my measurements for another challenge that I am taking part in and I lost 4.5 inches this past week. Stay strong!0 -
I tokk yesterday as a complete rest day. I feel soo much better and stronger today. I will try and get in day 10 of level 1 and day 1 of level 2. We will see though. I won't be doing the measurements will you all on Tuesday. My TOM will be by then and it won't be accurate so I'll skip that. I think I measureed wrong though. I remeasured yesterday and it says I have't lost any inches. I can tell I have just by looking in the mirror and how my clothes fit. I screwed up0

Okay, so I skipped out for 4 days. A lot has been going on and I've been eating my emotions yadda yadda yadda. I didn't get up yesterday morning, but I went to the gym after work and had a total butt-kicking time. I did an hour long circuit class and ran 2 miles and walked an additional mile. Tonight I hope to make it to the yoga class at the gym and do some running after. I am going to squeeze in the shred moves before yoga.
Now sure how to make up for the 4 days lost at this point. Also, not sure if I should do level 1 a few more times and then get into level 2? Probably won't have much to show for in the 15 day measure, but I'll be sure to share the results whether good or nonexistent. Happy to be back on track!0 -
L2 D1 - done! I quite liked the routine, but struggled with it - mind you, I felt like this after D1 of L1, and it got better, so i'm keeping everything crossed! The hardest bits for me were the plank cardio bits and the final set of abs!0

I totally got the moves in tonight throughout my workout. I'm pretty sure 1.5 hours at the gym lastnight and 2 hours tonight has me caught up from the 4 days I missed.0

I did my day 10 level 1 today. I didn't have time to do the 2 shreds today. I found it a little harder after taking a day off.0

Don't beat yourself up for the 4 days lost...life happens. Put it behind you and focus on keeping your eating on point and exercising daily.0
