yesterday i had to go buy some new jeans (my old ones were to big) I tried to go down one size and realized that they were still to big I ended up in a 38 waist so since end of august i have went down 8 pant sizes it was a awesome night. I had been a little discouraged lately since I noticed my pounds have been slowing down (went from 5 pounds a week to 1-3) but this made my night since now I can shop anywhere I want. Just wanted to share.

    Awesome work.

    It's amazing how hung up we can get on weight when it's a change in size that really shows the progress you have made!

    Way to go! New jeans are my favorite thing! And it feels so good when you can get out of the "special" sizes and into the regular ones - I think I cried that day. But I'm a girl, so I'm allowed =P You are doing great!
