*Laughing Cow Swiss Light Cheese 30 calories, 2 g fat, 3 g protein

*Ling Ling Potstickers (chicken and veggie) 260 calories, 7 g fat, 12 g protein

*Fiber One Oats and Chocolate Chewy Bars 140 calories, 3 g fat, 2 g protein, 9 g fiber

    I'm right there with you on the Laughing Cow cheese! I actually eat it by itself as a super yummy, creamy goodness snack. Mmmm... :blushing:
    Any string cheese - 80 calories
    Special K bites - 90 calories
    1 Dannon light yogurt (6 oz) mixed with 1/4 cup fat free cottage cheese - 125 calories
  • Precious or Cache Valley Pepper Jack Cheese Sticks(Precious has 80 calories, Cache Valley has 100 calories)

    Triscuits Thin Crisps Parmesan Garlic flavor(140 calories for 15 crackers)
