Snack Foods

I love carrots to snack on; however I get bored with the same foods too much and so I need to find some new ideas for foods that I can bring to work for snacks. I've brought carrots, almonds, walnuts, healthier crackers to munch on, and raisins/craisin.

    Cottage cheese, yogurt, celery and peanut butter, cereal, laughing cow cheese and fruit or crackers, wasa crackers, cut up vegetables...

    My go-to snacks at work are fresh fruit and string cheese. Sometimes beef jerky.

    Recently for me ive noticed i needed more veggies in my snacks so yesterday i just used what i had in my fridge and made a really yummy snack. Slice up some cucumbers and cut up one plum tomato put them in a bowl add some apple cider vinegar and this seasoning called Spike i am obsessed with. Its a great snack when you want something salty but are trying to stay away from crackers and chips :)
