Burn Intervals w/ Chalean Extreme

Hi Everyone!

today was my first session of burn intervals, it is a 45 minutes workout and it was rough!! luckily my 3 mos old daughter needed a feeding half way though, because it gave me an excuse to split the work out in half!!

what is your toughest work out during the week?

    Hiya, I did my first week of lean week this week and for me all the work outs in the lean phase are a lot tougher than the the other two. I did fat burn challenge last night and I really felt the burn, I think that was the toughest so far in the cardio workouts.

    When I kept reading about how a lot of people found that they saw the big change in the lean phase I can understand why, I really struggled this week but I can already see some changes to my body.

    My hardest workout this week was today when I did the FIRM's get chisel'd. I'm saving up for ChaLean Extreme as a reward when I get to my last 10%. I love Chalene! I have all of the Turbo Jam dvd's, and eventually I'm going to get Turbo Fire, it's just not in my budget right now. I try to do a different rotation every 4 weeks, and this was the first week I've used the FIRM. They give a pretty decent workout!
