My name is Jennifer and I am adamant about getting the weight off (again).
In 2009, I decided that I wanted to change the way I was living my life. I made a plan to lose weight, and I succeeded. I lost 80 pounds in about a year’s time. I went from a size 18 to a size 6, which was a size I never thought I would see.
Once the weight was off, I got sloppy and stopped exercising everyday. People would tell me I needed to eat more because I looked so thin, so I did. I eventually gained about half of what I originally lost.
Several things have changed in my life since the first time I lost the weight. I started my first year in college. I got into my first relationship and recently got out of it. I stopped smoking cigarettes. I moved into my diabetic grandmother’s house to help keep an eye on her. I also went through a bout of depression that probably helped me gain a good bit of weight and nearly destroyed my self-esteem.
Well enough is enough. I am tired of feeling bad about myself and the way I look. I want to look and feel healthy again. I was able to do it by myself the first time, but after the last couple of years I’ve had, I know I need a little bit of outside encouragement.
I am really looking forward to my weight loss journey. I welcome anyone who would like to join me. I love giving (and receiving) words of encouragement.
Good luck to all of you!

You can do this! I can relate on the boyfriend part. When I moved in with mine (now my ex) I just ate everything I fed him. He could eat anything and not gain a pound....that was not the case with me, lol. Good luck to you!0
