Ladies (and Gentlemen) Goatee or Not?

This morning my husband shaved off his lovely goatee after 20 years. He told me yesterday he wanted to do it and I responded that he knows how I feel about the goatee-mmmmmm! About 12 years ago he shaved it off one day without telling me and I cried. He looked like such a baby face. Now he has little hair and shaves what he has to about 1/8". He definitely looks younger but I already miss the goatee!

So my question to you is facial hair or not and why?

BTW he looks like Bruce Willis either way, especially now that he's lost 90 lbs!

    Personally I like a mustache only , but it is up to each person or couple .
    I think my hubby looks better with a clean shaven face , with just his mustache left .:smile:

    I prefer my husband with his goofy little artist beard, as I call it. Goatee to anyone else. He's going full beard for winter and I don't like it as much. Either way he has to keep it trim or he looks like grizzly adams. But clean shaven? No way.

    I know the feeling, my fiancee shaved off his facial hair after 2 yrs of always seeing him with it and I came home from work and the first words outta my mouth where "what did you do!?!?", lol I took a pic and still have it so that when he wants to do it again to show him what he'll look like. The day after he did it he wanted it back! LOL

    if it were up to me my hubby would still have his huge beard but his job does not allow it so now its just a goatee and i still LOVE it ............ no facial hair = no okay (for my hubby) but i dont mind other men that dont have facial hiar, i dont know but my hubby needs at least SOME

    My boyfriend has a goatee, and I love it. He shaves it sometimes, and I am so used to seeing him with facial hair, it takes some getting used to!

    I love the goatee! But, not every man can pull one off. Some would look terrible, and in that case, I prefer clean shaven.

    I'm getting rid of my goatee that took 23 years to grow as one of my mini goal rewards.. Maybe I'll go to Glamour Shots and immortalize the moment!

    A well-trimmed, well maintained goatee is a must!!! It is soooooooo sexy and attractive!!! :blushing: I think in my life I've only dated one man that didn't have one. When they shave it off, I cry. They look like little kids, and I don't want to feel like I'm robbing the cradle :laugh:
