    Greetings BigJug1967...We have a lifetime of work to do to stay on track in this new lifestyle and this site is full of motivational people...I would like to keep in touch Big Jug...please send me a friend request...I check messages once a day in the early AM...I know other folks will be on site for you and if you don't get a communication when you need one, just go to the boards, someone will be there.

    I've just joined this site today, and so far, it looks pretty good.

    I know exactly where you're coming from.

    I've yo-yo'd for years, but I have to lose weight this time and keep it off - I was diagnosed with diabetes a little over a year ago, and beign a chocoholic makes it soooo much harder!

    I've never had support buddies before, maybe it's time to give it a go.

    I'll be on here in the evenings (GMT), so if you wanna chat, I'm here :happy:
