Hello everyone I never thought I would ever be posting on here but I am so amazed with this sight never in my life did I think i would lose these amount of pounds the way I did. I am halfway with my goal!
I have tried all kinds of diets from atkins to south beach and weight watcher and never had these results. I stick to my 1200 calories and rarely excersize. I know I should and I plan to tone up once I hit my goal weight.
My before picture was last year in November and my new picture was this morning!!!
Thank you MFP!!!!!!!!! and all the members who give me hope when I see your results!!!

Hi
I am surprised Weight Watcher did not help. You can do this program with WW. That is what I am doing. The reason I do both is so I can see how much calories I am taking in with seeing my points. I think it helps you stay on track even more.0 -
Ok its my first time and I am trying to post the picture thank you so much!!!! I am going to resize it. Let me know how you did that thanks!0

I am thinking this helped me stay more focused since I always have my phone on me...I am always checking in. I am also more dedicated than ever.0

Congrats girl on your success and for joining MFP!! You are looking great!0

Wow thats amazing. Great motivation. you look 10 years younger! Do you have any exercise or food advice that helpd you lose the 25 lbs? low carb? or just sticking to 1200 calories. Again, CONGRATS!0

Don't wait until you reach your goal weight to start exercising, start now! It will help you to stay on track and increase your metabolism. When you plug in your daily exercise, the program will automatically increase the number of calories you can eat that day, which feels like a bonus!0

All I can say is, wow! And, good for you.0

Just sticking to my 1200 calories. I do make sure to drink 8 cups of water everyday. Another thing that helped me was teh fact that I was addicted to Soda! I have not touched it since I started MFP.0

Slimcookie- I totally agree with you. I started exercising alot when i first started but it was so hard for me to eat back all my calories again. I am guessing I got so used ot eating only 1200 I was not even hungry. I also got scared everytime I saw the whole starvation mode thing freaked me out lol.
I do have a 4 year old and a 5 month year old who have me running around all over the place lol makes it feel like a miniwork out lol.0 -
I totally agree, start off slow like perhaps 30min 3 days a week of walking..which is an awesome excerise and great to get some Vitamin D naturally and fresh air!
