Plateau already!

Hi everyone :flowerforyou:

I lost 15 pounds in the first 20 days of starting to exercise and 15 days of watching what I eat. Then I stayed there for 18 days. I haven't lost any since. I varied my diet. I ate more for a while. I ate a bunch of cake on Super Bowl Sunday. I've kept on exercising hoping things will change. Nothing has happened. My weight fluctuates up a little and then back. When am I going to go down again????

I'm in this for the long haul. I got a long way to go. I don't want to become discouraged at 15 lbs when I got 75 to go! :explode: Any advice??
