Work hard and lose weight and/or inches, not necessarily...b

For all those slow losers and people who exercise consistantly...

You know how people say, check for inches lost if you haven't lost on the scale? Muscle is denser, leaner, smaller, so if you build muscle and lose fat, you will lose inches. Not necessarily!

For me, I've gained muscle and lost fat in a certain way that has been slow on the scale(10 lbs in 6 months) and I've only seen inches lost (2) on my waist. I feel that I've gained alot of muscle(especially in my legs) and lost fat in a certain way that keeps my legs measuring the same!

Point is, don't get discouraged! It does happen to some people where you will have muscle gain and fat loss in a way that doesn't show on the measuring tape.

Becoming more fit is great motivation and so is feeling those bigger harder muscles that are developing. Don't lose sight of the big picture. Slow is not so bad!
