Im new to this MFP, just curious if you were supposed to stay under your daily calories intake and if you do have some left from that day can you use them on the next day or save them for your cheating day or eat whatever you want..

Thats a great question. I hope somebody has a good answer. I never "roll-over" my calories to the next day. I just start over just like you do if you mess up, I wouldn't eat less the next day since I think I would be screwing with my metabolism..and I want to keep that moving as much as possible.0

some people do that, some times if i have a bunch of extra calories from the week, ill splurge on the weekend instead of just my normal cheat day - but its not something i really plan. really as long as your weekly net stays under your goal youll be fine. the mobile app has a much better weekly chart than the website0

ok, so whatever you have left for that day and thats only for that day! because i start to realized that i dont eat enough calories a day according to my profile and usally i have 700-900 sometimes 1000 calories per day. but as i go through my food nutrients i go overboard on my sugar and choles. and sodium category. hhahaha...but I think this MFP is helping me with my food choise what i eat on everydday..need to start eat more food with good nutrions and all that..so far im doing pretty good!0
