Just Spit it Out!

Today at lunch the work crew all headed out to Subway. Got a healthy sandwich and the healthiest chips on the shelf. In dining, I left half the bread behind on the plate. The Chips (Lays, Light, Olean - only 75 cals a bag) did not taste that good to me. With every bite I kept thinking these are terrible chips.
Then mid chew - it dawned on me what an idiot I was! I literally spit them out! I expained to my friends that I didn't like the taste, and some agreed, others downed them all LOL
I only get a few calories a day . Damn, if I'm going to waste them!

I'm the same way...Not going to waste my cals on something that tastes like crap. Ive never been one to send things back at a restaurant but I have been lately!0

I normally do that. I just throw it in the bin, no point wasting the calories, often theres a friend on hand whos willing to eat it lol. I didnt do it today though, ate a full bag of sweets i didnt enjoy and now i feel terrible! soooo annoyed with myself, did it because i felt emotional and down... so annoying x0

I'd rather get a bag of regular chips and just eat a few. Olean is not good.
But, so many people feel guilty about throwing away food! Good for you for realizing there was no reason to go on eating.0 -

I know right, why spend calories on something you don't LOVE (especially if it isn't super healthy).
Fyi, this is my holiday menu PLAN. I'm going to stay within my calories by exercising and enjoying modest amounts of THE THINGS I LOVE!!!
