Okay if you are doing leg extentions you need to do leg curls to build up your quads, other wise you could risk blowing a knee. You want to keep you legs balanced.
When I lift weights I do 3 sets of 15 of each lift. I do extentions and curls for my legs and calf lifts. Hammer curls then tricept presses for my arms. One are rows for my back, and millitary presses for my shoulders. For abs I do plank and leg lifts.0
